Here’s a WICKED double kettlebell chain to add variety in your training. Do 1 x Swing, 1 x Clean, 1 x Press, 1 x Squat, 3 times without setting the bells down.
You can challenge yourself by upping the reps on the next round. So, 2 x Swing, 2 x Clean, 2 x Press, 2 x Squat, 3 times without setting the bells down.
Work your way up to 5 over time, and then back down like a pyramid. 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1
